Welcome to BetRelay ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our website at https://betrelay.com.ng (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Description of Service
BetRelay provides a bet code conversion tool that allows users to convert booking codes between supported bookmakers (Sportybet, Bet9ja, MSport, Football, Bangbet, BetKing, 1xBet, and others). We also provide an API for programmatic access to this conversion service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use this Service. By using BetRelay, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that online betting is legal in your jurisdiction.
3. Account Registration
- You may register using email/password or Google OAuth.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- One account per person. Multiple accounts may be terminated without notice.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service beyond the provided API.
- Circumvent rate limits, authentication, or security measures.
- Share, resell, or redistribute API keys without authorization.
- Upload malicious content, spam, or harmful code.
- Impersonate another person or entity.
5. Subscription Plans & Payments
- BetRelay offers Free, Starter, Pro, and Enterprise plans with varying conversion limits.
- Paid plans are billed monthly. Prices are listed on our Pricing page.
- Plan upgrades are processed manually — contact us via WhatsApp or email.
- Expired plans are automatically downgraded to Free at the end of the billing period.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
- No refunds are provided for partial months or unused conversions.
6. API Usage
- API access requires a valid API key obtained through your dashboard.
- API keys are available to paid plan subscribers and admin users.
- Rate limits are enforced per plan tier. Exceeding limits returns a 429 error.
- API keys must not be shared publicly or embedded in client-side code.
- We may revoke API keys that violate these terms without notice.
7. Accuracy & Disclaimer
- BetRelay converts bet codes on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of conversions.
- Odds, markets, and event availability vary between bookmakers and may change at any time.
- We are not a bookmaker and do not accept, place, or settle bets.
- We are not responsible for any financial losses resulting from conversions, incorrect odds, or unavailable markets.
- Always verify converted codes on the target bookmaker before placing bets.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, code, design, and branding on BetRelay are owned by us and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.
9. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.
10. Termination
- We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms.
- You may delete your account by contacting us at betrelay.app@gmail.com.
- Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BetRelay and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BetRelay, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
